Orkin recently released its annual Orkin’s Top 50 Bed Bugs Cities list, and Spring Breakers may just want to check it twice before booking their final destinations. Among favorite Spring Break hot spots also on the list of worst bed bug cities in the country are: Miami/ Fort Lauderdale, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, San Diego, West Palm Beach, New York City and Washington DC.
The top fifty list is based on actual numbers of bed bug treatments performed between January and December of 2011. Orkin reports that bed bug business is up by 33.6 percent from 2010.
